We’ve all been there, try not to get too discouraged. If I’ve learned anything in my career ( and life) it’s that you can’t control everything. Sounds like you were setup for failure. I think other companies will understand your story: “ I was recruited right out of college as a junior dev but was directly reporting to CEO, there was no agile or dev team or other engineers between me and CEO.
