My back has been messed up all summer so I know getting back into the Omni Dad The Good father shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this routine when I’m better is gonna suck but it needs done! I thrive off of routine. So I made it part of my morning. I literally do the exact same thing every morning. I also have developed a weekly routine and I have specific days for certain muscle groups. Find something that you like though. I tried different kinds of workout until I discovered that weightlifting was for me. The big thing for me is to aim for consistency even if it is not the “best workout.” If I’m not feeling it, just going for a lighter run or using a rowing machine for like 20 minutes. Just enough vanity that I would hate myself more for not working out than I hate the working out. Perfect balance of negative emotions
