Have a stressful job and long hours? Easy to eat something bad than spend time cooking, and you can get fat eating “healthy food” just as you can be unhealthy yet slim on bad foods. Gotta love how everyone can be a dick towards overweight people and use facade of “just being worried about their health”. I’m sure it’s very helpful.

People don’t realize being healthy is a rich man’s game. It’s cheaper to by Ramen for a month than it is to buy apples for a week. And can somebody make sense as to how processed foods are cheaper than organic? Believe it or not, you can get fat on “healthy” food. It’s about caloric intake more than any other single factor. Also, if you’re gonna do this you might as well just say you’ll just kill all fat people if you become president. I think Myron Gaines is stupid. I’ve seen his videos/podcasts/whatever a couple of times and it was honestly terrible. It doesn’t even come to his mind that obesity is not always linked to bad food habits or lazyness, but can also be related to health issues. I guess that idiot never heard of thyroid issues and how it affects weights, sleep, etc. A person I know was overweight.. until doctors found out she had thyroid issues and issued her a treatment. Obesity is in part due to genetics (people metabolise and distribute energy differently and there are illnesses that make you put on fat), sedentary lifestyle and too much food. If you eat very little shit food, you won’t get fat – You will be skinny and unhealthy. You could get fat on apples if you ate enough of them. There are athletes who consume more than an obese person – they just burn it off in training. Also there is an assumption that being skinny is healthy and being fat is not. It’s not entirely true and is very caveated. Having some fat on you is good up to a point. Being overweight and obese however does increase health risk – so this is not me saying go be the fattest person on the planet because it’s good for you.
