There is no limit to meditation. You can meditate as long as you are able to maintain concentration and focus. Meditation is a divine practice that helps in a variety of ways. It is a mental exercise and practicing it regularly brings mental peace. Before start practicing meditation, understand firstly why you need to meditate first. What is your purpose?
