As someone looking in on the outside from Europe, I think Americans deserve healthcare and I think they deserve to have it Govt provided, their government is providing healthcare war weapons, and God knows what else for nearly every other country in the west. I think it’s only fair that Americans should have access to free healthcare God don’t they deserve it? It’s definitely not socialism it’s called looking after your own and making your country, healthy and strong protecting your children and grandchildren against what may come in the future. Everybody gets sick at some point, everybody gets ill nobody knows which are going to get, but if a country as large as America with the resources American has and all that it does throughout the world is unable to provide healthcare for its own citizens, then there’s no hope for anybody else long term.

They keep saying I don’t want to pay for anyone else’s healthcare but will pay Billion dollar insurance companies instead. They believe the I am a nurse am not mean the truth hurts here take a band-aid shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this care because it’s ‘socialised’ will be worse but obviously care is better than no care. Millions of Americans aren’t covered , the number one issue for bankruptcy is medical debt so obviously being covered and it being ‘free’ is clearly superior. They believe anything to do with any social programme is bad which equals communism. Just don’t let them know that their school system runs off this exact model They’ve been lied to, the standard talking point is who is going to pay for it ? How can the country afford it ? I.e the opposition just keep saying they want to raise your taxes etc When it’s been shown a million times it would be more cost effective to actually switch to a universal care option.
