He might not be a racist, it might be an intrusive thought that escaped through his mouth. For sure he’s a racist, I was just pointing out he would apologize because he knew he was in trouble not because of a threat of physical violence. But intrusive thoughts are no joke. Until you’ve had the intense urge to kiss your attorney (whom you are not attracted to in the slightest based on age, looks, and gender preference) while discussing the death of your uncle, you just don’t know how weirdly difficult it can be to overcome that feeling.
