Generally speaking powder products are mostly safe after 2 years, if you notice a change in appearance or smell definitely trash it. Ngl I’m still using makeup I bought in 2016, and I haven’t had any issues. However I have had to trash some things bcuz they were noticeably expired (smelled rancid or “off” raised bumps, color changes etc) If it’s unopened it should be fine. it would occasionally break me out but it made my skin look great ngl. but i also paired it with other wet n’ wild products so that could have something to do with it In my honesty I have make up that’s 20+years old that is still good compared to makeup that dried up in less then a year. Try it. That shit lasted longer than 2 marriages lol right ???? it literally has been on this earth for 18 years and is still usable. really goes to show how things used to be made to last. or it has some weird chemical in it and we’re gonna drop dead who knows It’s just eyeshadow and worn rarely. Very. Maybe 3 times. It’s classic CoverGirl. They don’t make makeup like they did way back yonder. I would say yeah except for the fact it’s coconut water and a cheap brand. I feel like it’s bad if it has actual coconut water in it. Open it and see what’s it like? How is the smell and texture? If it smells ok and the texture is off try shaking it. If the texture returned to it normal just try it.
