Then they made that illegal, so the Game day Tommy Stalk Eagles shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this kids who used to receive physical punishment by the teachers and had a lot of resentment built up just had a hayday and went batshit crazy. They would actively swear at, berate, and mock teachers. I remember a lot of students making a point to refuse to follow orders etc. cus wtf are you gonna do about it, teach? hit me? If you do, have fun getting fired! you get the idea. didn’t help that students are kids and teenagers growing up in a society where 갑질 and bullying and “establishing a pecking order” are real problems. Yes there were other forms of disciplinary action like writing 반성문 or cleaning up after school or whatever, but they weren’t well implemented and most students didn’t give af about them or ditched after school anyways. It literally just didn’t matter at all

Game day Tommy Stalk Eagles shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I truly believe that this sudden change and the Game day Tommy Stalk Eagles shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this students’ response to that change just carried over year by year across all grades until teachers just became a joke in general. I grew up in poverty and from what I’ve experienced, I can tell you that in Korea and in Korean communities here in the states, parents with deep pockets have a lot of power. They pretty much call all the shots. I went to a school in the states with someone who was, as far as I knew, closely associated with the Shin family – the family that owned Lotte. I was there on scholarship. She wasn’t. Let me tell you when I say she was a real bitch to deal with… she treated me like a peasant and bullied me relentlessly over my appearance, especially over my clothing. I wasn’t really well to do so I had very basic clothing – nothing designer or fancy. And the one time I was gifted a fancy wallet from my aunt in Korea, she ripped it out of my hands and cut it with a scissor… and then got away with it because her mother did the whole “my child could never do such a thing” nonsense with the administrator… and my all my favorite “well I guess you don’t need my donations”.
