They are paying this from their rent and savings. They still have money left to support me and my sister and for our heritage.

A friend of mine recently married. They are both teachers as well in their mid 30s. Exact same job as my parents. I worked part time at a grocery store as a cashier. She not only overestimated my wages, but over estimated how much it costs to take care of a small dog. It still blows my mind a decade later.
