We get so uptight with others and life now we explode over the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this right mundane small things that we probably only see once in a blue moon anyways. …… Lmao that’s hilarious, comes barreling in and stacks it. Maybe should stick to training wheels/tricycle… man can’t ride a bike You can cycle quite easily faster than the motor limit on legal ebikes/escooters. I find it amusing to overtake them on a regular bike. Bigger problem is people riding moped type ebikes as if they are regular ebikes, for those you legally require insurance, registered, license (CBT minimum), and you can’t use bike lanes. You definitely can go faster, but I still can’t blame them for wanting some extra oomph to help, especially in hilly areas They have one, they can either only assist up to 15.5 mph or they count as a motorbike. The problem is enforcing it. The word e-bike is horrifically misused today. There are two different products that people use the word e-bike for. Electric powered motor/dirt bikes (i.e. surrons you see the chaos riding). Throttle controlled and no pedaling option

Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater, long sleeve tee

The first of the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this two are completely sensible and safe, just a normal bike that helps unfit people go at a reasonable and still safe speed. If you use only the back brake at speed you don’t slow down as soon and are more likely to lock the back wheel, leading to it stepping out to the side. Looked like he was going for a threatening high speed stop, so he obviously jammed on the brakes for a dead stop and physics took over. I’ve not ridden in a while but I used to avoid the front brake too much, having seen people come a cropper like that. I remember as a youngster I took my younger sisters bike for a quick spin after my dad had done some repairs to it, you know a test drive to make sure it was ok for her? Unbeknownst to me he had switched the brakes round (as she struggled to apply the rear brake with her weaker hand) so I come booting along and lock up the front wheel, cue going arse over tit and the bike ending up in a pond. I nearly launched myself over the bars into a road at the first junction borrowing a bike in Germany, didn’t realise that it was a fixie! I’ll admit I’m guilty of cycling on the pavement – but only when there’s no pedestrians about and the road is busy. If a pedestrian turns up I’ll get off and walk it until I’m clear. Safer for me, less disruptive for the traffic, better for everyone. This guy’s a knob, as DPD said (while also illegally parked lol edit: no he’s not, ignore that)
That was almost a spectacular move. Flying head butt off the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this top turnbuckle speeding bicycle. He fucked it though. There are so many of them around my kids’ school. It’s so dangerous in the mornings with small kids everywhere. What kind of grown up is so scared to ride their bike on the road that they choose instead to endanger children. the kind that sees stories about cyclists getting killed and drivers getting off with a suspended license and a slap on the wrist. I think he’s allowed for loading/unloading. A narrow terraced street is going to be difficult for a delivery driver to not get in the way. You can stop on double yellows to unload. He isn’t though he is parked on a pavement. He is also causing the exact same obstruction on the road as if he had stopped fully on the road. The cyclist was a prick but the driver should at least have parked a few yards further forwards/backwards so he wasn’t standing between the van and the place he was delivering too. The cyclist should not have been on the pavement but he was also blocking the way for anyone in a wheelchair or a parent with a pushchair too. Yeah then he gets lippy at the cyclist because he knows the cyclist is in the wrong. But if it was a pushchair or a wheelchair he wouldn’t be piping up. To be fair the DPD driver is in the right there. That cyclist should not have been riding on the pavement and should have dismounted until he could safely get back on the road/cycle path. Hell, considering the direction he was riding he shouldn’t even be on that side either.

More about this Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt

I myself cycle to work though the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this amount of people I see cycling like idiots makes me wish that cycling required passing a theory test beforehand. DPD driver should just be glad that idiot lost control and crashed, could have been pretty serious physical assault otherwise! So both in the wrong van on path and double yellows. Guy on bike on the pavement. He came a cropper cos it’s one of those E-bikes gave it to much power and went arse over tit. Just shows you what’s the point of getting so annoyed at things you’ll only end up with broken ribs and indoctrinated into the YouTube hall of knob heads along side Ronnie Pickering When he went over the bars I actually thought he had done it on purpose thinking he’d be launched at the dpd guy
I love how he points out it’s illegal to cycle on the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this footway, whilst also being parked illegally on the footway Only cowards cycle on the pavement, it’s getting terrible where I live. If you’re too afraid to cycle on the road don’t instantly think it’s okay to take up the pavement. I’m starting to think most cyclists are on a verge of a nervous breakdown, has cycling caused this or do they cycle because of it? There is a power available to police officers to take truants back to school, or to premises designated by the local authority, under section 16 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. However, this power may only be exercised in areas where a senior police officer has made an order allowing it to be exercised. Maybe a superintendent would make such an order if they received enough calls from the school. But ultimately, the only thing that happens is the police give you a lift to school if they find you. You can’t be punished by the police or courts for truancy. I think they may mean to report them as missing persons, albeit that would be a gross misuse of the system when their first port of call should be the parents. If I got that call, my boss would have been getting an email about having a stern chat to the principal of that school.
What’s more likely is either you or your friend has misunderstood what the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this school has said, or your friend just made it up as a way of saying “Omg my school is literally the worst” The police may respond for a few weeks or so possibly the school is working with the local pcso to make it look like they’ll have a zero tolerance etc but they don’t have the resources to do this long term Wish them all the very best with that ? Sorry officer, I thought that pupil was missing, turns out they just needed the toilet. If it’s a safe-guarding issue (it probably isn’t) the school should be reporting to child safeguarding, not the police. It’s pure bluff from the school. Much like when when parents say “If you’re naughty, that policeman/lady will take you away, lock you up and throw away the key!” From a safeguarding perspective, I can’t see much happening there either. A child being late for class isn’t a red flag in itself – crikey, I was always running late for school as a kid! As a former police call handler, I can safely say that if they start on Monday they’ll have stopped by Wednesday. They’ll be told to wind their necks in pretty quick.I’m a Master’s student in the US (NYC) about to graduate in a couple of months. I have an on campus job which just takes care of my rent, travel and groceries. I worked in India for almost 5 years and my father asked for money each and every month saying he’d return it soon. I used to give him almost 85% of my salary and had barely Rs.8k left. I also took care of my pet dog’s expenses every month as he had a congenital heart condition. Even though I’ve tried supporting my parents financially during my work and Master’s, my father has been constantly asking me for money every 20 days once ($250 -$300). I’m unable to survive here and give him the money that he requires.
Background:1. he took a loan for my bachelor’s which I’m still repaying. 2.I wanted to pursue a professional certification for which I saved up money while I was working. I had given it to him asking him to keep it safely, he ended up buying a laptop for my brother without even asking me. Later giving me the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this money in parts when I had to register for my exams. He also took another loan on my name for my brother for which I ended up paying the EMI. 3. I’ve taken an unsecured loan with 16% interest for my Master’s which I have to start repaying from May this year. I took care of all my expenses to come to the US, never asking for a penny from anyone. 4. He very well knows that I’m surviving on my on campus job but also knows that I’ve kept a part of my loan as emergency fund till I find a full time job after I graduate . From the past 4 months alone, I’ve given him around 1 lakh rupees (from my loan and some savings). If I continue giving, I think I’ll end up becoming homeless in the US. 5. My brother is in a much better financial position and is taking care of their rent, utilities etc etc
He’s always been terrible with finances, never saved a penny, never discussed with my mom about his finances, buys things on EMI. He used to own a business, but is just at home these days as he’s lost interest in continuing his business. How do I go about this? I want to take care of them, but once I get a full time job and repay my high interest loan. He hasn’t even saved a single penny for my wedding, which I will have to take care of. Please advice. Finances and emotions dont mix well together. Put finances, emotion and suffocating indian parenting together, it makes a terrible combination. That suffocation is why we find it hard to say no to our parents. We have been indoctrinated with the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this idea that parents are god, they can do no wrong. I would suggest you try and separate the emotions and practical aspects of your finances. Put the finances on the excel sheet so that you can see it clearly about what the right thing to do is. Gather the courage to say “No” and tell them why. There is a risk that they will react badly, even if they do I think its favorable in the long term. If a parent is asking their child to make a decision thats not in the childs interest, its only fair to stand up to yourself. At the end of the day, you will outlive them and you have to bear responsibility to your own actions.
If your brother is taking care of the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this rent and other utilities. Y r you sending that much money to them? Have u been looking at how the money is being spent? 10k INR is ok to send. But anything more is not reasonable given your condition. Communication is the only way here. I’m not sure how it’s going. I sent him around 25k on January 30th and he asks me for more money on Feb 9th. I told him I didn’t have any money to give him this month. He’s asking me again today in a span of not even 20 days. I’m just sick and tired of being leeched off of. I’m sure you don’t have any idea where this money is going. Please ask him where it’s going if u want to send money again, instead of blindly sending him the money whenever he asks. I assume he’s wasting the money that you are sending him. Just talk to him honey. Ask him what did he do with all the money that you’ve sent and then explain your situation if he still continues to ask for money, you gotta cut contact with your father until he realize what he’s doing, I’m sorry to say this. Noted! I’ve just never asked how he spends the money after I give it. Didn’t want to be rude, but it’s biting me rn. I previously cut complete contact with him due to extreme domestic violence at home with my mom. Now that I want to get married next year or so, I do not want to break any familial ties.
My parents are divorced because of DV. My father is a shitty person I don’t even speak to. I am married and my husband and in laws all know about it. He wasn’t even invited to my wedding. I think just because you want to maintain that family image you are giving into whatever he asks and now its becoming problematic for you. You need to ask where the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this money is being spent. Accordingly you can decide one amount that you can give him. Also speak to your brother, what all finances he is taking care of and why do you need to supplement those. If there’s a genuine reason, you tell them the amount you can spare, not the other way around. Keep patience, it will work out. I was and will be in a similar situation. But without debt have a family. Trusting blindly to parents is the worst thing I learn. Was emotional fool.
Yeah, at this point I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. As parents, they really didn’t plan anything out and just fucked up my life. My credit history got so screwed because of my dad. Dude fuck this, and fuck your parents, you’re not in the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this US STUDYING only for your shit stain of a father to keep asking you for money. How fucking shameless does a father have to be to do this with his grown up child studying on a loan in a foreign country in which he had zero contribution in. Tell him flatly to ask your brother for any more money. And do not give them any more money. You’re being taken for a ride. Absolutely cut contacts if you must, you still have to study and get a job and pay an unsecured loan back with your name on it. You can’t save a sinking man if you don’t have a life jacket on yourself. Have an honest conversation with him and plan out a budget. Tell him you won’t send money on random dates. Gotta put your foot down if you don’t want to be homeless.
I think having a fixed budget comfortable for both of u in your current situation And ask him why he needs the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this money and to adjust within that amount Maybe he has loans or medical bills or what exactly he is doing At the end of the day take care of yourself 1st I did. He told me not to send if I can’t. I basically had a breakdown 2 weeks ago as my dad asked for more money in a span of 10 days after giving around 20k rupees. I’m not sure why my dad is constantly asking. I think it is better moving forward that you agree a fixed budget with your dad that you will transfer a month. Unless it is an emergency but then it should be coordinated by your brother. Lie is your solution, act victim, if they are playing victim. Standing up is tough and require so much emotional and mental strength, you don’t need any burden rn, ACT like you’re barely making it lost your job and took another one which pays little, guve them money for necessity only, if they won’t be able to pay something trsut me he’ll find something.
Already done! Still keeps asking 🙂 He doesn’t have any responsibility towards me at this point. Not for my present or future. Ik you want to take care of them, but please make sure you’re financially safe first, easier to live with pennies in india than US. Look i know they are your parents. But I think they need to understand that you can’t survive if you send so much money them. Secondly, why is such a huge amount of money is required every month? You would know that I guess? I’d also like to tell you that they probably think you’re “earning in dollars” you must have lot etc. Many people don’t understand ki earning in dollars but waha spending in dollars bhi hota hai. When you confront and tell him or ask him the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this reasons for so much money, I’m sure the ekta kapoor bollywood drama dialogues will start and it might crate a lot of tension. My suggestion would be to lie. If you need help with editing some docs to send them proof that you literally don’t have money and can’t afford sending anymore, I can help with that. Also lie when you get a job or anything. Because it feels like the more you earn, the more they will ask for it. So keeping emotions aside, if you can, play smart and lie. You already know the answer to this question and you also know that there’s only one answer. Just saying “no” and if needed sever contact. Block him. No, I am not exaggerating. Keep trying to look for a magical solution – there is none. You can’t talk to him, or reason with him. You know he is a vermin. Yes, he is not some innocent “bad with money” father, stop giving him credit in this way.
Say “no”, block him with or without telling him to go fuck himself politely or impolitely if he keeps bothering you. Could you maybe talk to him or maybe your brother and ask why he needs so much money on a day-to-day basis? My dad pulled off something similar and to be honest the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this financial burden is more than I can speak of. So sometimes I want to save for myself, but I also feel so selfish I can totally relate what you’re going through I needed this post and the comments also, cause I am experiencing something similar. I got so much clarity after reading both the post and the comments. Thanks to Everyone! I don’t know but maybe this is just my gut feeling, He might well be investing that amount and considers you to be naive to handle finances all your own. Typical Indian Dad.
As one of them replied, maintain an Excel and straight-up say no, if it’s beyond your comfort level. I’ve experienced what you are going through. The only way out is by having a straightforward conversation. Good luck with your job search as well. 8h agoTell your parents that you are marrying a traditional indian boy and his parents need a dowry/bribery of $500K You are a really brave girl.Taking so much of responsibility that too by yourself is really a big task. But one thing, please tell your father clearly that currenty you cannot offer them money, coz you are studying right now. After you get a good placement then only you may help them.Make it clear to them. I know for a fact this happened in Chicago and La, not sure about Memphis. Modern American “organized”crime is very decentralized, in Chicago for instance, the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this two major gangs are the black disciples and the gangster disciples. They used to be one hierarchal structure with David barksdale as its leader. But he got put up for life and everything fell apart. Now you’ll have gangs of maybe 10-15 people controlling a single city block or even sometimes a single apartment building. But they really don’t have relationships (allys or enemies) with gangs further than a couple of blocks away.
Reading Bowling Alone and it covers how groups have disintegrated over time in the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this United States. Add gangs to the list Apparently that’s it. Looks kinda interesting but very much NOT about gangs. About US society and bonds we form in life. Anyways, that’s about where I quit because like I said — depressing topic matter. Really makes me feel society is decaying. Reagan. It’s always Reagan. If Reaganomics never happened we would in fact be making an average of $230,000+ per year Television has far more to do with it than any other factor. It just makes it so easy to stay in, consume your parasocial relationship with the characters on TV, and slowly lose all connection you have to your neighbors. Think how often ‘oh, I’m just going to stay in tonight and watch tv’ has become an excuse for you or others. That sort of ultra passive entertainment was not possible in the past. You’d go out just out of sheer boredom. People would plan neighborhood events out of boredom. It’s almost like we’ve been drowned and flooded with entertainment and dopamine constant feed and triggers as a distraction and filler feed It’s almost like our productivity is being squeezed even more than our parents’ generation and before that for even more wealth— which leaves us little time to do some of these activities who has time to actively participate in a grassroots political campaign when you need to work two jobs to survive and pay rent and scrape by with a limited grocery budget
In many ways many Americans are very apathetic-distracted-tired and overworked. And a good 20 to 30% of us have been brainwashed for decades It is a book about how every single social institution in the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this United States has been on the decline since the 70s. About how culture has been atomized and formerly large institutions where you could meet others have become corporatized or do not exist anymore. It is one of the single most depressing books I have ever read. I would not consider myself especially mentally unstable, but it was painful to read it. I’d really not recommend it to anyone unless they want to feel like society is ending. It does a very good job of casting a light on why people these days feel so alienated. I know the ending discusses potential solutions but I never got there because I stopped for the sake of my own well being. I mention it here in reference as the phenomenon discussed in the books evidently applies to gangs and organized crime too. Before, people had these big groups they could join to feel belonging to a community. Even if that community wasn’t great, in the case of gangs. Now that barely exists anymore too. Proving the book’s point on a subject it would not cover.
AKA it’s not directly about it, but this social influence permeates every aspect of society like you’re saying. Anyways, that’s about where I quit because like I said — depressing topic matter. Really makes me feel society is decaying. now that I think about it, I do live a very isolated lifestyle. I don’t belong to any social groups, have very few friends, am single, and pretty much don’t have any human interaction outside of work which is in an office with a very small number of people. I would fit right in with this trend. And it is a lonely way to live life. I should try to join some groups or something. I just figure if I ever start dating that will be more social interaction than I feel like I can handle. In my opinion this is the Dog I got that dog in me it wants a treat it wants to go for walkies shirt besides I will buy this real source of the incel movement moreso than anything else, and the reason why young people in general just aren’t dating as much as they used to. Before, if you hadn’t met someone in college or high school or work you wanted to date it was likely you were a part of eight different clubs and organizations which provided a fantastic way to meet new people. Now it seems like dating apps are the only option for young people.
