Why the Awesome townes Van Zandt American singer-songwriter Watercolor T-Shirt besides I will buy this fuck are you still there ? They are stealing your time and energy. If you did not sign a contract leave and get a new job. If what you create is not yours you are being used . Don’t be a schmuck walk out and don’t look back ? You have to keep fighting for yourself so it’s time to touch up the resume, practice interview, and reach out to your network to see about finding a new job. If it smells like a employee and quacks like a employee then the irs says your an employee. Turn in everybody that is held to this standard to the irs. Also look for another job. You have just discovered the reality that we do not live in a meritocracy and never have….It was all a lie to convince you to work hard and throw away your life to the “job.”
